Find in Page

The find-in-page feature lets you search for text within the rendered markdown preview pane.

Opening the Find Bar

Press Mod+F while the preview pane is visible to open the find bar at the top of the preview area. The search input is automatically focused.

Searching

Type your query in the search input. The search is case-insensitive and highlights all matching occurrences in the preview content. The find bar displays the current match position and total match count (for example, "3/12").

Navigating Matches

You can also use the arrow buttons in the find bar to move between matches. The active match is highlighted distinctly and automatically scrolled into view.

When you reach the last match, pressing Next wraps around to the first match (and vice versa for Previous).

Closing the Find Bar

Press Escape or click the close button to dismiss the find bar. All highlights are removed from the preview content.
